Next Test Date
Our next test date will be Aug 14th @ 1pm.
NOTE: Graduation will be held on Aug 20th, 7:00 p.m.
Pre-testing may not be mandatory for some but anyone wishing to pre-test: for practice or brushing up on older material, please verify with an instructor.
*All students listed on the whiteboard above the fridge have the material for their next belt goal, but are not guaranteed to pass the upcoming test.
** Please remember that all required patches must be in place before graduation. Please make sure your uniform is clean and in good shape for ALL classes. New uniforms may be purchased at any time.
Kayaking/Mountain Biking Trip /Paintball /Park
We would like to know if anyone would be interested in forming a group to do some outdoor activities with students from here at the studio.
Parkour
We have added a 2nd Parkour class on Saturday mornings after receiving requests.
If you are interested In Parkour training, the Friday night class may have more beginners as younger students seem to jump in after their karate class on Friday but we will keep a close eye out to give you facts on the outcome.
Seminars
Mr. Richard”Huk” Planas will be visiting our school October 17th and 18th for a two day seminar.
You may attend one or both but must register as soon as we open early registration.
We bring in Master Planas for you (our students) so of course you should take the opportunity to attend this rare occasion.
Sifu Bailey Seminars
Red Dragon also will be hosting a two day seminar September on September 18th and 19th with Chad Bailey.
You can attend one day or both.
If interested in attending, register ASAP as space will be limited and take advantage of this opportunity as with Huk, these seminars were put together for our students martial arts benefit.
Sparring
We are reviewing the possibility of a 45 minute sparring class on Tuesdays at 7:15
