KICKBOXING /TRAINING CAMP

               LOOKING TO GET INTO SHAPE?   

Our Kickboxing/Training Camp program is a fitness based program with the added benefit of self defense.  You will get in the best shape of your life while learning valuable skills should you need to defend yourself - all in an incredibly fun and rewarding environment!   

The classes are made up of a combination of shadow-boxing, stretching, isometrics, plymetrics, kettlebell and bag work. The shadow-boxing" is punching and kicking in the air while the bag work provides the resistance for toning muscle and burning fat! 

 While the sweat is dripping and you are working out to the heart pumping music, we will be teaching you how to strike, kick and punch properly with a boot camp style of exercises which will help develop that athletic physique.  One of the most important self defense skills is the ability to strike safely and effectively.  Before you know it, you will be hitting with speed and strength all while building your confidence!

 If you want a program that has educational value, something that is upbeat and positive, something you can enjoy doing, and a program that will get you lean and strong then this class is for you.     

   Students will find that our kickboxing program allows them to shed excess weight, tone their arms and legs, firm up their back side and flatten their tummy.
