Learn the basics of the yang system of Tai Chi exercises based on the teachings of Cheng Man Ch'ing. Study is done through forms and push hands to increase balance, joint articulating, breath control and improve overall health and relaxation. Chi Kung exercises are also practiced. Professor Cheng was not only one of the greatest Tai Chi Grandmasters, but an accomplished painter, poet, calligrapher, and Doctor of Medicine.

The correct practice of tai chi chuan guides the individual's chi through the meridians and restores its balance throughout the body.
